bGalleryX is coming. It will keep an artwork's provenance, its certificate of authenticity, its condition reports and its signed agreements in one permanent, timestamped record on Bitcoin SV, opened with bWalletX. It is not open yet.
What it is
A record that travels with the work.
bGalleryX is record-keeping software for artists, galleries and collectors; it takes no part in sales. Each certificate is recorded as a token on Bitcoin SV that represents that certificate.
Certify it
The artist or the gallery signs a certificate of authenticity with their own bWalletX key.
Add its story
Exhibitions, loans, condition reports and changes of owner are added as they happen, each one timestamped.
Keep it
Anyone the record is shared with can check the provenance chain, and no one can quietly rewrite it.
